The Goldstone Days - 20 years on!

A special show called ‘The Goldstone Days - 20 years on!’ is being presented at the Theatre Royal on Monday 20th February.

The show is being staged in conjunction with the club and in aid of Albion in the Community (AITC). It will mark the 20th anniversary since the Seagulls left the Goldstone Ground, with a night of “memories and mirth!”  Landmark moments in the club's more recent history will be covered in a two-hour theatre spectacular, featuring action clips and interviews with Albion names from down the years, either live on stage or on film.  A series of accompanying comedy sketches and characters will be included and based on never to be forgotten club achievements, such as their FA Cup final appearance and various promotion winning teams.

Brighton's iconic, atmospheric Theatre Royal, with its seating areas almost surrounding the stage, is the perfect venue for such an occasion.  The organisers, who include former defender Albion star Guy Butters, are hoping for a sell-out attendance of just under 1000 Albion fans from across Sussex and beyond.

250 orignal photos, mounted, some signed, will be available on the night. 10% of profits + an extra £5:00 from a signed photo will be donated to the AITC.

After the event the gallery will then go live to download and purchase copies or if we have any originals that are not sold on the night then email us via the website and we will happily make all the arrangements.
